小弟在黑五的時候敗了一台一年96刀大水牛的16核ovz小雞雞，

原本規劃是拿來跑ffmpeg做串流，
想說一核分配一個頻道，所以在上面跑了16個頻道，
大概放了6個小時之後，收到了不幸的消息，

小雞竟然被Suspension了，
其實我手上還有幾台不是黑五買的ovz最高規的4核小雞，
之前頂多被power off沒想到黑五的小雞執行了嚴格的TOS，
如果要恢復正常的話，
需要執行叫做Service Suspension Appeal的一個申訴流程，
第一步 竟然要先付申訴費．．．25刀
由於想說這高規小雞還蠻特別的，還是把它救回來好了，
畢竟以規格來說比正規的ovz四核來得划算許多，

他有一個表格，填上之後會自動送出ticket

他就會幫你解除停機並且提醒你不要再發生這樣的情形，
不過實際上上，系統幾乎隔了一天才幫我解除，
可能是因為沒有幫我解除好，
之後又發了幾條ticket溝通才順利解決。

結論就是：
交了25刀的學費，
基本上付錢應該都會幫你解除Suspension
（不知道有沒有人付了錢還不能解除的？）
黑五的買的小雞更要遵守TOS。
